T4 Housing Interests Management LLC (T4HIM) was established in 2008 to provide third party property management and consulting services.
Asset Management
T4HIM has been vertically integrated since its conception in 2008 by providing investment asset management and creating cohesive opportunities for investors.

Our development arm extends our capabilities to be able to tackle development at any scale and stage, allowing us to be more creative in property selection and improvements.
