Founder
Prior to forming T4IAM LLC, Mr. Turner worked as a director in KPMG LLP’s National Real Estate and Public Sector Consulting Practices. He has been a practicing commercial real estate appraiser, licensed real estate broker, licensed property tax consultant, and a designated international real estate valuation expert with credentials from the leading organizations in those disciplines. After a decade in real estate syndication and property management, Mr. Turner formed T4IAM LLC to address the growing need for dedicated asset management services.

Ms. Turner has an extensive background in operations and asset management. Having held positions in banking, accounting, portfolio management, and asset management with industry leaders in each field. Ms. Turner oversees property management operations, including financial and operational data to T4IAM LLC for investment reporting purposes.
